We're searching for an experienced professional to lead our client’s medical cannabis clinic in the role of **Vice President, Medical Cannabis Clinic Operations**. As the VP you will be a leader in running the P&L business, patient experience, relationship management and marketing analytics. As the leading medical cannabis company in Canada, you will play a key role in maintaining this position and moving the business forward, ensuring we provide a top-tier patient experience while continuing to grow the channel.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will represent our values while leading with integrity and a strong passion for the team and patient experience.

You will wear various hats including leading the end-to-end direct-to-consumer channel as well as the patient care centre, relationship management of key partners and clinics, user optimization, and patient outreach.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage the P&L with responsibility towards the direct-to-consumer strategy and operations.
- Serve as an enterprise leader across the organization
- Drive change by fostering a winning culture that elevates business performance while leading the cross functional patient care team and driving team engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of the end-to-end user experience including the patient care centre; collaborating with IT to design and enhance the overall user experience
- Build cross-functional relationships with SLT team, IT, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain, ensuring alignment on the medical clinic priorities, while communicating strategy and inspiring commitment across the teams
- Leverage analytics and a strong understanding of financial metrics to track selling, identify key trends and KPIs and maximize opportunities to achieve growth and profitability in the channel
- Develop marketing strategies while navigating a highly regulated industry.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- A proven track record with at least 15 years of progressive leadership in operations with the last five years working at a senior level in the organization
- Extensive experience running a P&L business with a proven success and growth record
- A track record of hiring, leading, and training high-performance teams
- Previous experience working in regulated industries such as Cannabis, Pharma or CPG is preferred
- Ability to navigate change and a fast-paced environment with agility and speed.
- University degree in Healthcare, Business or related field
- Exceptional digital and analytical skills supported by your successful segmentation and patient lifecycle management experience
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to serve as an ambassador for the organization
- Strong relationship and consensus building skills.
- Must have proficiency using MS Office Suite including MS Teams and ability to leverage tools supporting the clinic operations and ecommerce functions.

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
