Centurion Financial Trust (“CFiT”) is an income and growth-oriented trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of debt investments that include but are not limited to mortgages, opportunistic real estate developments, and corporate debt. Investors pool their funds to invest in mortgage and growth-oriented credit opportunities and participate in the yields from interest income and net profit from equity.

**Overview**

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Property Operations, the Vice President of Property Operations is responsible for all aspects of Centurion’s residential and commercial operations across Canada, including the direct management and oversight of all Property Directors. The Vice President, Property Operations will have responsibility for the professional management, administration and leasing of all residential and commercial properties for Centurion Apartment Properties Inc.

The Vice President of Property Operations is responsible for the management of all related resources, contracts, tools and supplies to ensure Centurion Asset Management Inc. | Centurion Property Associates Inc. real property assets are effectively and efficiently managed to established standards and within established budgets.

**Responsibilities**

**Relationship Development**

Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure proactive timely resolution of staff, contractor, vendor, and consultant performance issues. Maintain good rapport with key industry contacts, seeking out and developing new relationships to expand brand recognition throughout the real estate channel. Establish and maintain strong relationships with other Senior Executives so as to clearly identify their needs and present a full range of business options and solutions.

**Customer Service**

Professionally and courteously oversee the management of all Resident and Employee inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns. Ensure a high level of Resident and Employee satisfaction is achieved through constant and consistent attention to Centurion’s Vision, Mission and Values. Promote a strong sense of community.
