The Business Operations Manager will own administrative processes that support operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction and profitability. The role will provide superior customer service and communication to internal and external customers. This position will support the Chief Operating Officer by providing guidance and information that contributes to operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations
- Customer, vendor and consultant contract administration
- Option plan (ESOP) management
- Owning Accounts receivable process
- Owning customer invoicing process
- Vendor management including Accounts payable process
- Owning commissions calculations and payouts
- Interface with legal as necessary
- Owning Insurance premiums calculations and payouts

Financial Operations
- Primary interface with with Accounting, bookkeeping and payroll teams
- Oversight of banking and treasury operations
- Oversight of cap table, loans, grants, etc.
- Assist in financial forecasting and planning
