**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers, departments, or teams.
- Manage the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the POS system, including equipment procurement and menu updates.
- Process paperwork, ensuring proper document control and compliance through filing, composing, and editing documents.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.
- Coordinate and execute promotions and campaigns on third-party platforms.
- Support the maintenance and analysis of partnered delivery platforms, including store and menu information updates.
- Schedule and coordinate store maintenance services, such as grease trap cleaning and pest control, in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with waste management providers to resolve issues related to garbage collection and disposal.
- Verify and maintain records of store business licenses and health permits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in coordinating marketing promotions, such as monthly promotions, new drink launches, and new store openings.
- Conduct other jobs assigned by upper management.

**Job Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education or above in business admin or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a office admin or coordinator role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented, and ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrate job commitment, accountability, and reliability.
- Have a strong work ethic and are committed to your team, and can collaborate with and assist other colleagues
- Good knowledge of speaking English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
