**Overview**:
Join our vibrant team at EnoLight as a **Design Support & Customer Relations Specialist**, where exceptional customer service meets creative problem-solving in lighting solutions. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about design and client relations, offering a unique blend of customer engagement, product customization support, and design collaboration. As a key contributor to our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in assisting customers, interpreting their design needs, and enhancing their experience through expert communication and practical 2D/3D design tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Assistance**: Use design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup or Photoshop to interpret customer needs, visualize concepts, and provide design support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our lighting products and their specifications. Regularly update product details and stay informed about trends and innovations in the lighting industry.
- **Content Enhancement**: Create engaging and accurate product titles and descriptions to improve clarity and appeal for clients and internal teams.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements and project details.
- **Management Assistance**: Support management by organizing schedules, maintaining records, assisting in office organization, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Demonstrate assertiveness, sociability, and outgoingness to secure deals and foster positive customer relationships.
- **Education & Growth**: Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the lighting industry and take advantage of training opportunities to grow within the role.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree, diploma, or relevant experience in a related field such as design, customer service, or administrative support.
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles and familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively manage client interactions and project details.
- A proactive learner committed to understanding the lighting industry and growing professionally.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM and ERP tools.
- Ability to work from the office, with occasional travel to job sites within the GTA if needed.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 7-hour shift
- Weekend availability
