**Client Finance Analyst**

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Reports to: Senior Corporate Accountant

Position Overview:
GroupM Nexus is actively seeking a Client Finance Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced and dynamic Finance team, supported by the infrastructure of a successful company. You must be detail oriented and organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once, bring a positive attitude, and have excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage an area of media billing by tracking, reconciling and analyzing revenues, and identifying related direct costs
- Field internal staff and customer inquiries
- Assist in the research of discrepant invoices and provide support to collection efforts
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product knowledge as it relates to accounting and billing automation
- Assist in the reconciliation of all Media Payable accruals on open invoices
- Researching and resolution of any vendor invoice discrepancies
- Perform margin analysis on campaign activities
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the media payables process
- Perform ad hoc projects or assignments as required.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, with classes taken in accounting at an accredited 4-year college or university
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
- Proven ability to work within fast paced deadline driven environment
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
