Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; administrative duties coordinating schedules and program plans, ordering supplies and tracking inventory, coordinating weekly themes and special events, completing program evaluations and recording registrations, coordinate with staff and volunteers to create a positive learning experiences, review and update programs, and work with City staff to coordinate the use of facilities and equipment.

This position includes evenings and weekends with administrative tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
- Experience working in the field of Recreation will be an asset.
- Must have excellent customer service & organizational skills.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential.
- As a condition of employment, applicants must submit a criminal reference check with vulnerable sector screening (dated within the past 3 months) from their local police service for approval by the Corporation prior to commencing employment.
- Must possess a current Standard First Aid Certificate with CPR Level C
- Possess a valid 'G' driver's license in good standing during the course of employment and have access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Skill testing may be required.

**WAGE/SALARY RANGE**: $18.74 to 23.42.
