Job Duties include but are not limited to:

- Reaching out to dental offices to follow up on paperwork and documentation.
- Perform client related administrative activities, as assigned in our CRM.
- Supporting The Marketing and Sales departments.
- Data entry and accurate maintenance of client records.
- Prepare periodic reports using Excel and Word.
- Liaise with internal and external contacts - customers, sales representatives, and internal clients.
- Take, process, and monitor orders.
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Perform reception relief duties as required.
- Complete other administrative duties, in support of functional area and corporate goals.

We offer a compensation package including base salary and benefits package. We believe in personal and professional growth for our team members and will contribute up to $500 per year for any self-development courses taken.
