Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Manager. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service. This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Education: Post secondary diploma/degree
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a deadline-based environment. - Able to work in a team environment to coordinate assigned development projects. - Organizational skills to allow for effective scheduling and coordinating. - Good listening ability, written and oral communication skills. - Able to oversee multiple projects being performed inside the fabrication shop simultaneously assigned by Production manager. - Possess an exceptional level of professionalism, integrity, and customerfocus. - Ability to work well independently and in a high performance, fast-paced team environment. - Able to identify and address project issues and troubleshoot effectively. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Take ownership of the role and responsibility for tasks - Coordinate logistics and shipping documentation. - Help Prepare and maintain project execution schedules. - Participate in Health and Safety training and meetings. - Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project planning and scheduling activities with production Manager as requested. - Create and provide analysis on daily and weekly productivity reports. - Evaluate actual progress and provide regular schedule updates. - Understand scheduling logic/sequencing with the ability to understand errors and correct where needed.

All employees are required to follow the Midwest Structural Health and Safety Management System and applicable OHS legislation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
