**About The Role**

We are currently looking to fill the role of Administrative Professional. This person will be responsible for all accounts payable duties and various administrative tasks in multiple departments as well as assisting the Office Manager.

**Reporting**

This position will report directly to the Office Manager and will work closely with the Corporate Controller on accounting duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer phones, direct calls, and manage office phone system
- Distribute mail to correct people & arrange courier services as needed
- Filing into our electronic filing system & assist with organizing file starts
- Receive, verify, and process all AP invoices into Quick Books
- Reconcile vendor accounts/monthly statements and investigate and correct discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Receive, reconcile, & process employee expenses & credit card statements
- Pull/compile accounts payable reports
- Process monthly cheque runs & release cheques in person and by mail
- Set up new utilities accounts for builds and send off cancellations as builds are completed
- Responsible for compiling and distributing weekly and monthly reports
- Administrative support to all departments
- A minimum of 1 years Accounts Payable experience
- Process and procedure oriented
- A master problem-solver
- Positive and upbeat with a strong work ethic
- Has strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Is efficient and able to meet deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Quick Books
- New residential home building experience an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
