**ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Administrative Clerk will support the Attendant Services Program Manager with various administrative tasks, primarily with**French**.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assists with data entry using AlayaCare (scheduling program) such as consumer Care Plans
- Assists with the Training Process by creating educational videos for employees
- Videos on self-direction, bed making, washing dishes, cooking, P.P.E donning & doffing, etc. as part of the orientation process
- Assists with organization of consumer files with the supervision of the Manager
- Assists in gathering statistical information related to scorecard metrics
- Participate in team meetings
- Assists in gathering and reviewing survey data
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Bilingual FR/EN required**:
- Enrolled in or completion of a relevant undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized college or university requiring three (3) years of study
- Highly motivated self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision, while maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills (Leadership, Communication)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) is required (Digital)
- Ability to work with and manage relationships with employees and internal stakeholders (Leadership, communication)
- Police back check within the last three (3) months OR a willingness to obtain one
This is a full-time contract position for 12 weeks, 35 hours weekly, funded by the Canada Summer Jobs Program.

**Starting Wage**:$18.00/Hour
**WORK SCHEDULE**
Monday to Friday with evenings and weekend flexibility as needed

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
