**Duties**:

- Assist salon owner and staff with daily administrative tasks
- Manage office operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide personal assistance to the salon owner as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- File and transcribe documents as necessary
- Act as a clerk for the salon, handling appointments, scheduling, and customer inquiries
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and providing customer support
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
