Finance Subrime Representative has a strong ability to communicate with customers over the phone and establish control through the sales process.

Finance Subrime Representative reports directly into the Financial Manager and Operations Team.

Job Duties:

- Persistent in keeping up with contact sales pipeline.
- Vehicle sourcing and selection.
- Work out payments and financing with credit approvals.
- Learn how to finance vehicles and achieve highest gross profit per vehicl
- Learn how to read credit bureau
- Working with Subprime customers.
- preparing for delivery.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for the purchase within a deadline.
- Expected to make 50 dials a day or 250 a week to clients
- Get customers feedback and online reviews.

What We Look for:

- 2+ years of experience with lending, mortgages, credit and collections
- Phone sales experience
- A work hard, play hard attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Basic idea of financial concepts (credit reports, loans, risk etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base

- Clean criminal background check (Canada and International)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- OMVIC License (required)

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
