Automotive Services Sales Representative

As an Automotive Services Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our services to meet and exceed our business objectives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Automotive Services Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create, build and manage an incredible sales system that generates strong revenue by actively engaging with customers, understanding their automotive service needs, effectively presenting our service offerings and delivering a stellar customer experience that keeps customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:

- Create a sales pipeline system for closing sales and converting customers to raving fans.
- Proactively approach customers to understand their automotive service requirements and provide suitable service recommendations.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to educate customers about our services and benefits, highlighting features that address their needs.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and persuasive sales quotes to potential customers, showcasing the value of our automotive services.
- Negotiate pricing to secure new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless customer handover and satisfaction.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Actively network and participate in industry events, trade shows, and community activities to expand the company's customer base.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the automotive services sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and service offerings.
- Provide monthly sales reports that clearly communicate sales performance.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team, service technicians, and marketing to ensure smooth coordination and efficient service delivery.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience and streamline sales processes.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to relay customer feedback, service requests, and operational improvements.
- Work in collaboration with marketing to create an exciting promotional schedule and communicate this effectively to the team and customers alike.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent go getter attitude with an infectiously positive energy
- Proven experience in automotive sales or related industries, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive services, industry trends, and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly related to giving accurate quotes across our diverse services.
- Proficient tech skills in using CRM software, ChatGPT, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
