**This position is 100% Commission**:

- if that intimidates you, no need to apply. We want someone driven, hungry and humble Staff in this role make 65-150,000 K in their first year and are supported to succeed. The role can be very lucrative, for the right individual.

Job Duties:

- Persistent in keeping up with contact sales pipeline.
- Vehicle sourcing and selection.
- Work out payments and financing with credit approvals.
- Learn how to finance vehicles and achieve highest gross profit per vehicle
- Learn how to read credit bureau
- Working with Subprime customers.
- preparing for delivery.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for the purchase within a deadline.

What We Look for:

- 2+ years of experience with lending, mortgages, credit and collections
- Phone sales experience
- A work hard, play hard attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Basic idea of financial concepts (credit reports, loans, risk etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base

- Clean criminal background check (Canada and International)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- OMVIC License is an asset

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
