The Implementation team is looking for a new team member As an Implementation Specialist, you'll help onboard new clients and have the opportunity to provide efficiencies in our sale process. Implementation Specialists elicit feedback from customers, create strategies to help the organization serve customers more effectively and consider both short and long-term interests of the customer in making service decisions. As an Implementation Specialist at Benefits by Design, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere as well as:
**Support the achievement of client success outcomes**
- Anticipate and recommend competitive solutions based on the full need of the client
- Accountable for prompt response (48 hours)
- Accountable for accurate documentation
- Strive for continuous improvement of all processes

**Build and Maintain relationships with clients**
- Work collaboratively with all BBD departments
- Ability to work cohesively in a team
- Work collaboratively with underwriting and sales team
- Adapt to changing needs of clients

**Showcase a passion for Customer Service**
- Provide friendly, professional approach in all forms of communication
- Managing confidential information
- Ability to manage conflict
- Demonstrate a commitment to BBD’s Values of Together, Adapt and Grow by consistently exceeding client expectations
