**The Opportunity**
The Human Resources team is seeking an experienced **Program Manager, Organizational Effectiveness** to lead our Human Resources Corporate Programs. For this highly visible and influential position, we want a leader with a proven track record of successfully managing programs that range in scope and complexity to uphold our HR organization’s reputation.
The **Program Manager, Organizational Effectiveness** is accountable for the planning, design support, communication, and delivery of Corporate Programs. The goal of the OE team is to encompass organizational alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness. This is achieved through: communication, structure, systems, data, program development and optimization.
In this role, the Program Manager will be working in close partnership with the OE leadership, HRSLT and COE’s (L&D, Compensation, HR Analytics, etc.) to design and deliver on OE programs, in support of organization design and delivery. Helping to drive the understanding of, and engagement in, OE initiatives, identifying both redundancies and gaps in programs, bridging old and new process and teams to a unified delivery cadence, and continually identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Program Management
- Create and manage the supporting materials for the TMP process, track deadlines for key functional, CEO and OpenText Board meetings
- Manage the cross functional performance management process, ensuring COE’s (analytics, HRT, internal communications, L&D) are aligned to a common vision, timeline, and deliverable. Ensure that the supporting materials and reporting mechanisms are available and the right resources in support of the performance management process. Partner with COE’s (including HRBP) to ensure that the reporting meets the needs
- Work in partnership on organizational design, restructuring, career development and succession activities and associated communication plans, ensuring a consistent approach and ease of roll up of results
- Support the creation of any materials needed for Workforce Planning initiatives
- Coordinate the HRBP rollout of enterprise employee survey results
Analysis
- Partners with the HR Analytics team to generate reports specific to OE programs or initiatives, turning that information into key data/insights to help shape organization design, workforce planning and program design decisions
- In partnership with leadership and the HRBP teams, creates, and maintains the TMP database and reference materials (single source of truth and master data compilation and roll up)
- Work with the analytics team to create and maintain workforce metrics (as it relates to organizational design, restructuring and workforce planning). This may include cross functional team tracking including finance, HR and M&A team members)
Operations
- Helps to draft and update the Global Initiatives Calendar (from Direction provided by the HRSLT) and OE leader
- With direction, pulls together the agenda and finalizes the materials used to support the HRSLT and HR Forum meetings
- Based on observations and feedback of Corporate programs - will make suggestions for improvement (key learnings)
- Partner with the OE leader in the development of OE specific KPI’s
- Help to draft/edit OE communications as needed
**What It Takes**
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline
- 8+ years of program management experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Project management and change management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen.
- Knowledge of HR/COE programs and partnerships
- Curious mindset, “Always Day One” thinking and ability to take a business,
- Employee engagement data-based approach to talent programs
- Must be able to work both at a strategic and tactical level to get the job done
