The Prevention and Loss Management Services Branch is responsible for promoting assurance in the integrity of, and public confidence in, the administration of the BC Employment and Assistance (BCEA) Program.

The Supervisor, Criminal Investigations leads a team of Ministry Investigators (MIs) responsible for conducting long-term, multifaceted investigations of significant criminal offences.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree, diploma, or certification in administrative law, investigation and enforcement, criminology or a related field.
- Qualify as a Special Provincial Constable.
- Minimum two (2) years experience conducting and leading employees carrying out complex criminal investigations.

**Preferences may be given to applicants with the following**:

- Experience supervising staff in a financial crimes setting.
- Experience supervising staff within a criminal investigations unit.
- Experience and/or training in Major Case Management.
- Experience in conducting Internal investigations of criminal acts committed by employees.
- Experience in conducting investigations of potential fraud of financial support programs.
- Supervision in a financial crimes setting.
- Supervision within a criminal investigations unit.
- Supervision within a provincial government ministry setting.
