**Experienced Receptionist/Office Admin**

Stalwart Appliances, seeks a full-time, experienced receptionist/office admin for immediate employment.

The following duties for the position are:

- Greeting clients and assisting with their needs (writing up an order, getting a salesman, etc)
- Assisting staff with admin duties (photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.)
- Responsible for daily settlements with point of sale system
- Processing payments and refunds from clients
- Processing and registering extended warranty
- Scheduling and coordinating deliveries* _(Additional Opportunity)_

The following requirements for the position are:

- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook and other computer programs at a strong level
- Communicate with designers, architects, homeowners, contractors and homebuilders in a professional manor
- Manage after sales support for clients
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Experience with accounts receivable/billing

Stalwart Appliances is a 3rd generation family business. We sell a wide range of major appliance brands; Sub-Zero/Wolf, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Electrolux, Monogram, Fisher Paykel and more. We also have a commercial sales, commercial parts and mattress department


**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
