Our Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features:

- Lunch and Learns on topics such as Innovation
- Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Branding and so much more

Reporting to the Manager, Acquisition Strategy, the co-op analyst role will support the ongoing optimization and development of business strategies, identifying key market trends, conducting competitive intelligence, analyzing client segments, and implementing operational solutions. Accountabilities will include:

- Supporting the development of long, medium, and short-term strategic priorities and vision
- Gathering and interpreting market data both internally and externally to ensure DI understands leading industry practices in every area of client interaction
- Analyzing internal KPIs, considering variables of profitability, behaviour, attitudes, channel preferences, demographics, and values
- Develop procedures/tools to support implementation of adopted strategies and policies
- Working closely with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance partners to launch campaigns and promotions for Direct Investing and Easy Trade clients
- Conducting quarterly competitive analyses

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Majoring in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
- Proficiency in Excel, data querying, data processing, and visualization tools.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and developing clear and compelling business presentations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and synthesize information quickly.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbally) to a broad audience.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines while multitasking between different projects.
