Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at a flooring store in the role of Office Staff/Administrators with Cleaning Responsibilities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Office Staff/Administrators Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate person.

3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

4. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing merchandise.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area.

6. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

7. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

**Cleaning Responsibilities**:
1. Clean and maintain the store floor, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

2. Dust and wipe down surfaces, shelves, and display units.

3. Clean windows and glass surfaces to ensure a presentable store appearance.

4. Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and dispose of waste appropriately.

5. Keep restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.

6. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems.

7. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move moderate weights.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position requires standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- May involve working in a retail environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Weekend and evening shifts may be required based on the needs of the store.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
