We are a full-service, in-house DCO creative and interactive assembly team, formed to help our clients capture the full power of programmatic by making sure their creative assets are fully utilized and firing on all cylinders. As part of the XCS team, you get to collaborate with the programmatic team and creative agencies to elevate creative concepts and intelligently integrate them into advanced programmatic executions.

We are looking for a talented Digital Producer or Digital Project Manager experienced in digital advertising with excellent communication skills to work with our Xaxis Creative Studios team in Canada.

As a Digital Producer/Project Manager you will be supporting the XCS team with the integration of data triggers or signals from multiple sources into digital executions and will be responsible for the full DCO campaign workflow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day DCO campaign workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
- Build campaign workback schedules and stay on top of each item.
- Support developer with the creation of dynamic feeds for DCO campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative agency and troubleshoot questions or concerns.
- Ensure all assets for a DCO / Rich Media campaign are provided and accounted for.
- QA and proofread all creative mock-ups and demo links before sharing with teams.
- Understand requirements to work within different Ad Servers and DSPs.
- Participate in internal calls during campaign process.
- Support the XCS lead with data pulling and reporting.
- Ensure teams across the organization are inputting the right details and following the XCS processes
- Support the XCS Lead with education around DCO and Rich Media Solutions
- Comfortable with PSDs and InDesign files.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 3 years project management experience, relevant working experience in advertising, media, or related fields
- Advanced level Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Excellent planner, organizer, and communicator
- A desire to collaborate with and motivate others to produce high-quality products, user experiences, and results
- Familiarity with the requirements of digital productions that involve technical integration with external components and APIs
