Our purpose is to help corporate executives become modern content creators. Our work blends the worlds of LinkedIn and TikTok. 


You might call us an agency, but we deliver specific programs and deliverables. Through partnerships with executives and Chief Marketing Officers, we implement our Leadership Marketing Program to unlock authentic content creation for executives, in a scalable system.


The program includes three pillars: 1) strategies that differentiate executives, 2) modern video production and authentic writing, and 3) calendaring and publishing. Our clients include Big 4 consulting firms and 8-9 figure organizations. The company is founder-led with a network of freelancers and vendors. You will be our first key hire.


Job Summary


We are searching for a unique person that can help execute on our vision to blend creative content production with B2B professional services. 


You have a creative background and experience in video production in some capacity. You will help develop the vision for client strategies, productions, and see through the post-production, overseeing editors and designers. You understand authentic copy. Jargon is our enemy.


You have a genuine interest in B2B topics like consulting, strategy, leadership, social media content, and have experience interviewing leaders in some capacity. 


The Creative Producer will oversee the delivery of video production, editing, copywriting, and will deliver on the vision that we co-create with the client. This is a key role, working as the number two to our founder.


Responsibilities


  • Project manage the entire production and post-production
  • Help develop personal strategies for the client and their executives
  • Conduct online and in-person interviews with senior executives, to yield interesting discussions and insights
  • Brief video editors, understand our design guidelines and transform interviews into modern, engaging videos
  • Oversee copywriting and provide feedback to our writers
  • Maintain the client’s editorial calendar
  • Act as the account lead and key point of contact for your client accounts
  • For candidates located in Toronto (preferred), join our video producer at the client’s office, and lead the video interview sessions


Qualifications


We’re open to candidates from different backgrounds including social media marketing, creative agencies, and B2B companies.


  • 3+ years working in video content and copywriting, preferably in production and project management
  • Or 3+ years working in B2B communications with a focus on creative
  • Strong interviewing skills and the ability to converse with senior executives
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other modern social media channels


More important than the specifics, we are seeking someone who can add value in multiple ways. 


Outside of this role, we are seeking freelance copywriters and a freelance social media coordinator.
