**Location - **Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton. This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person.

**Position**

Reporting to the Director, Office of Education the Program Coordinator provides dedicated support to the faculties and programs in the College, working collaboratively with their peers and contacts in the faculties to provide administrative support related student placements, academic integrity or informal grade appeal cases and other administrative tasks in the college. By providing expert policy and business process support, the incumbent is seen as a knowledge and procedure expert who works proactively to resolve issues and continually improve processes.

**Duties**
- Manage inquiries from faculties, staff and students or other parties regarding academic integrity or student placement matters.
- Provides policy and procedural expertise and information to instructors, staff and students regarding academic integrity investigations.
- Prepares confidential case files for academic disciplinary investigations and/or appeals for the Faculty Decision Maker (FDM) in Code of Student Behaviour (COSB) investigations.
- Tracks appeal deadlines and initiates changes of grade to reflect sanctions imposed by the FDM.
- Works with the Registrar's Office to ensure that sanctions imposed by the FDM are reflected accurately on the student's transcript and other academic records, including tracking the date that sanctions should be removed from the transcript.
- Responsible for the delivery of disciplinary decisions to the student and other recipients as outlined in the COSB.
- Supports the faculties/programs in student advising related to placement documents requirements.
- Collects statistics and creates reports.
- Collect placement documents from students, and issuing agencies in some instances and verify the authenticity of placement documents and follow up accordingly.
- Maintain and facilitate the use of documents management system.
- Coordinate with IST in system troubleshooting and improvement.
- Provides administrative support to the faculties in placement agreements or system administration such as HSPNet.
- Participate in business process mapping meetings and/or provide identified services of priorities in the college.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Minimum two years working experience in a related role.
- Ability to work independently and to build and maintain professional working relationships with both internal/external clients, and stakeholders at all organizational levels. as a trusted team member and positive representative of the College.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in PeopleSoft (Campus Solutions), Alfresco, Advocate, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong knowledge of University policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, work independently and develop strategies to solve problems while maintaining superior accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including problem assessment and escalation.
- Demonstrated excellence in paying attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem solving on a day-to-day basis.
- Ability to work with a high level of professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when working with highly sensitive information.
