We are revolutionizing our Advancement Services team at UM and are looking for a new Records Coordinator member of our dynamic and dedicated team. **The qualifications and experience we’re looking for**:

- Completion of a formal training program in applied office skills from a recognized institution required.
- Minimum two years directly related experience in an office environment required.
- Data entry experience and familiarity working with large databases required.
- Experience with Raiser's Edge software is preferred.
- Experience using database transactions is desired.
- Knowledge of the university would be an asset.
- An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to work in an office environment and coordinate projects and priorities is required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of internal and

external contacts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating a high degree of tact and diplomacy is required
- Superior customer relations, problem resolution and can-do service attitude is desired.

Outlook, MS Teams is required.
- Must be able to work under the pressure of time and frequent requests from multiple sources

balancing their own timelines and constraints and with all levels of academic and administrative staff.
- Positive Proactive problem-solving skills are required.
- A high level of organizational skills are required.
- Must be meticulous and completely accurate in maintaining data, attention to detail imperative.
- Must maintain confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive matters and proprietary data.
- Must function well in a team-based community environment.
- Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
