**Job Description**:

- Provide administrative support to the admin. department
- Write reports in the Windows environment (Word & Excel)
- Follow up on reports and trainings
- Coordinates certain programs
- Ensure employee files are updated on the company internal website
- Perform and coordinate all tasks related to the admin. department
- Assist in the completion of client questionnaires and ensure that all client websites are updated
- Perform the translation of documents

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in coordination and administrative support roles.
- Exhibits problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and innovate.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, in both English and French.
- Standard computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet.
- Possesses the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry is an asset.
