**Join Our Team at Montreal Skeet Club - Operations Manager**

Are you passionate about administrative operations and customer service? Montreal Skeet Club is seeking an Assistant Manager with a knack for organization and a dedication to providing exceptional service to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels of shooting supplies, equipment, and merchandise. Coordinate restocking and ordering to ensure availability of products.
- **Customer Service Relations**: Interact with club members and visitors to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and address concerns. Maintain positive relationships to enhance the club experience.
- **Order Placement**: Manage the purchasing process for club supplies, equipment, and merchandise. Source products, negotiate prices, and place orders with vendors.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties such as record-keeping, data entry, and report generation. Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of club operations.
- **Team-player**: Work closely with the management team and staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment. Assist instructors in initiating visitors and new shooters to the club and the world of sport shooting.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, retail management, and administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills required.
- General firearms knowledge or experience an asset. Must possess or be willing to obtain a Federal Firearms Possession & Acquisition License.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
