**Cunningham Swan LLP is searching for a System Administrator (full-time, permanent).**

**About the Job**:
Responsibilities will include:

- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, various network devices, and operating systems across various platforms ensuring high levels of reliability and security
- Uphold a Security-First mindset, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our IT infrastructure and systems.
- Maintaining backup strategies, monitoring backups, and performing testing as necessary to maximize availability and minimize failure recovery time.
- Working with remote support and remote access tools.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and services to improve system performance, security, and efficiency.

**About You**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in computer technologies.
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
- Technical skills required:

- Strong working knowledge of supporting computer hardware and software, Microsoft 365 and operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows server 2016-2019)
- Good technical knowledge of DHCP, DNS Active Directory, VLAN
- CompTIA certification, considered an asset.
- Manage and maintain Hybrid Azure AD Connect, Azure SSO, Azure Conditional Access, Entra ID and other Azure services critical to the organization's operations.
- Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Replication, Veeam Microsoft 365 Backup, and recovery, including Scale-out backup repositories.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated willingness to take initiative and be proactive
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate a professional demeanor and commitment to service excellence.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to identify and implement technology solutions aligned with the organization's needs.
- Must be willing to work overtime on an as needed basis
