- College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems and
- A minimum of three years of experience in relevant field.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building, listening and questioning skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.
- Demonstrated project leadership skills, on a multi-disciplinary team, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, scheduling, finance, policy software considered an asset.
- Experience in the healthcare sector preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Work requires demonstrated post graduate experience in set-up service and repair of software, devices in a hospital or large institutional setting.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in working both independently and as a member of a team.
- Experience in medium to large dynamic complex organizational supported hardware, software, and operating systems to include configuration and connectivity specifically in a MS-Windows and Citrix Server environment.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
- Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system software.
- Ability to develop systems solutions for operational problems.
- Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes.
- Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware and/or software solutions.
- Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications.
- Ability to determine the nature of computer hardware and systems software problems, and to communicate technical guidance and information to users.
- Experience in supporting a Healthcare Information Systems, HRIS, Scheduling, Learning Management, policy management software an asset.
- Ability to learn and support new hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Experience in project and change management.
