**Company Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with and support the CEO of the company
- Liaising between the CEO and third parties (internal and external)
- Display a high level of professionality and confidentiality in all interactions
- Scheduling and calendaring
- Take minutes at critical or confidential meetings
- Draft, write, and edit reports or other documents
- Prioritize important tasks and triage when the CEO’s involvement is needed

**Qualifications and skills**
- Ample experience as administrative assistant or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, friendly and patient demeanor
- Flexibility & problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Calendaring skills to coordinate meetings, absences, calls etc.
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Organizational and time management skills, work well under pressure
- Project management skills are an asset
- Experience in or exposure to technical fields or work environments are an asset
**Education and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree and/or work equivalent
- Education in a scientific or technical field is an asset but not required
