As the Reporting and BI Lead, you will orchestrate the transformation of complex data into actionable intelligence, reinforcing EZ Ops’ commitment to advancing the oil & gas market through exceptional analytical analysis. Collaborating with the Product Manager, you will co-pilot the strategic direction of the reporting products by focusing on innovation, security, and scalability to meet the needs of the clients. Your dedication to excellence and a forward-thinking approach will empower clients with the knowledge to make informed decisions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic advantage in the competitive landscape of the oil and gas industry.

**As the Reporting and BI Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- ** BI System Management**:Leading the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of business intelligence systems, ensuring robust data governance and integrity.
- **Data Reporting**: Designing and producing insight reports using PowerBI and Sigma, identifying performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- **Data Analysis and Insight Generation**: Conducting advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that facilitate informed business decisions.
- **Discovery**: Attending client-facing meetings to learn more about their needs with reporting to deliver de-risked user-validated reports.
- **Continuous Learning**: Staying updated with industry needs and seeking process improvements.

**On your resume, we ask that you outline the following qualifications**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting leadership role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar
- Advanced proficiency using BI tools such as PowerBI and Sigma.
- Expertise in Snowflake for data warehousing and management
- Solid understanding of data analysis methodologies and ETL processes
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of operational metrics and KPIs unique to the oil & gas industry
