As a Business Development Consultant (BDC) for AlfaDefence Security Inc. in the Ottawa area, you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to identify and secure new security service contracts while fostering long-term partnerships with existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Ottawa region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
- Represent AlfaDefence Security Inc. at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of security industry regulations and standards is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
