**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Manager to join our team, Reporting to the E-commerce Director, you will be part of the digital marketing department but collaborating daily with the IT department to bring projects to life. As a crucial member of our organization, you will own and lead our marketing initiatives that involve the website, including development features and integration. These span from keeping a healthy web structure to improving overall site experience. Your job is to make sure Techo-Bloc’s website is best-in-class for look, feel and function.

**Responsibilities**:

- The e-commerce manager will split their responsibilities between driving technical changes, managing ongoing sprints and owning the technology roadmap for future changes.
- Partner with IT to ensure releases are properly planned, managed, and deployed.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to development agencies and partners.
- Oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of our web-based projects with the help of internal and external resources.
- Be the Source of reference for website related requests and troubleshoot website issues.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites meet design, usability, and performance standards.
- Create and govern the documentation on web related processes and tools.
- Collaborate with digital team members in optimizing technical SEO, site optimization, UX/UI, etc.
- Collaborate with creative and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
- Ecommerce merchandising: Organizing and enhancing product data to assist customers in understanding the difference between various products and choosing recommended products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in web development processes.
- Manage and prioritize projects, tasks, resources, and timelines to meet project milestones, deliverables and communicate on progress.
- Remove obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
- Foster a positive team environment, encouraging open communication, feedback, and continuous learning.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer and website manager
- Solid experience in web management, including web development, content management systems, and web analytics: Mandatory in-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Relevant experience/knowledge: integration, UX, UI, CX, web design, etc.
- Excellent knowledge, web concepts, architecture, accessibility, web tools, and languages.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality web solutions.
- Experience in eComm environment & eComm website management
- Familiar with digital marketing source platforms such as Google Analytics a plus. (nice to have)
