Job Description

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the Inside Salesperson, e-Commerce processes the regional e-commerce guest orders, oversees the regional e-commerce adoption rate, and finds solutions to customer problems in a timely manner.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Proactively manage and dispatch incoming e-commerce guest orders;- Responds to the customer's inquiries in a timely manner;- Train and support regional Guillevin staff on e-commerce’s best practices and features;- Takes necessary action to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner and follows-up and verifies commitments are met afterwards;- Proactively suggests associated and/or alternate products as needed;- Resolve minor technical issues, and report more complex ones to the E-Commerce Manager;- Track regional e-commerce adoption rate and take the necessary steps to increase it;- Quickly informs the appropriate person of customer feedback (Business Center Manager, Regional Vice-President, E-Commerce Manager) with regards to price, products, service, etc.;- Maintains their technical knowledge up to date on various product lines and broaden system knowledge.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of industry experience preferable, or a combination of professional training and experience;- Demonstrated people skills;- Excellent communication and organizational skills;- Product knowledge;- Must be customer service driven;- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);- Experience with e-commerce is considered a plus.
