**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare and reconcile cycle counts.
- Audit cycle counts.
- Prepare reports on cycle count results for management.
- Audit the inventory process to ensure it is being followed correctly.
- Verify and rectify negative inventory daily.
- Identify and rectify inventory problems/discrepancies.
- Process inventory adjustments.
- Assist CSR’s and Shipper/Receiver’s with inventory questions.
- Various month end account reconciliations.
- Verify proper use of various inventory codes.
- Assist with various inventory projects to improve processes or to handle problematic inventory.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Required:_
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organized and process driven.
- Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Assets:_

Additional consideration will be given to those having any of the following:

- Experience in a similar role relating to inventory management or other inventory functions.
- Diploma or enrolment in post-secondary education in either Accounting or Business.

**Other Information**:

- This is a full-time position (5 days per week, Monday to Friday).
- Travel may be required.
