**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Oversight**:

- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational systems to identify areas for improvement.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company's strategic plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support long-term business objectives and growth strategies.
- Participate in the development of annual budgets and operational plans.

**Business Development**:

- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for operational improvements and innovations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operational capabilities with business growth goals.
- Engage in market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage recruitment and training processes.

**Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of supporting business development and growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
