Our Commercial & Product Counsel is ready to develop deep knowledge and understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and risks associated with operating an adtech loyalty rewards platform at global scale. You will play a critical role by providing Commercial, Engineering, Data & AI, Product, Marketing, and User Acquisition Teams with practical advice that moves us forward. The ideal Commercial & Product Counsel is a tech-savvy fast learner with a get-it-done attitude. You can quickly adapt to scale and change, manage risks without sacrificing sound judgment and attention to detail. You are a team player, willing to pitch in, project manage, and build bridges across departments.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Agir en tant que conseiller au quotidien pour les équipes produit et données, aidant ceux qui sont responsables du développement et de la maintenance des produits Mistplay à naviguer dans un paysage juridique et réglementaire en évolution au croisement du jeu mobile, de la publicité technologique, des données et de l'IA, et de la fidélisation.
- Fournir des conseils juridiques, réglementaires et stratégiques rapides et basés sur le principe du risque aux équipes produit, données et IA, d'ingénierie, de marketing et de vente pendant toutes les phases du cycle de développement du produit.
- Tenir des dossiers de conseils clairs sur les produits pour tenir les managers et les clients informés, mais aussi pour développer un outil solide de gestion des connaissances pour aider à accélérer les questions de conseil sur les produits futurs.
- Effectuer des recherches juridiques afin de fournir des conseils écrits clairs et basés sur le principe du risque à vos clients internes - définissant clairement les exigences légales.
- Être un partenaire stratégique et proactif pour vos clients en développant des livrets de jeu, des lignes directrices et d'autres outils pouvant être utilisés par les équipes produit, données et technologiques pour garantir que la conformité réglementaire est intégrée à leurs processus de conception et de développement.
- Examiner et négocier des contrats commerciaux et technologiques et des termes connexes de données, de confidentialité et de sécurité.
- Concevoir et présenter des formations au personnel et à la haute direction de Mistplay.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Serve as day to day counsel to the Commercial, Product, Technology and Data teams, helping those responsible for selling, developing, and maintaining Mistplay services and products navigate an ever changing legal and regulatory landscape at the intersection of mobile gaming, adtech, data and AI, and loyalty.
- Provide prompt, risk-principled legal, regulatory, and strategic advice during any phase of the product development lifecycle, with refreshing ability to distill complex legal concepts into plain English and actionable next steps.
- Maintain clear product counseling records and develop strong knowledge management practices to scale future product counseling matters.
- Conduct legal research in order to deliver clear, risk-principled, written advice to your internal clients - clearly defining legal requirements
- Be a strategic, proactive partner to your clients by developing playbooks, guidelines, trainings, and other tools that can be used by the Product, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure that regulatory compliance is embedded into their design and development processes.
