Based in Vancouver, Langford, or remotely, the full-time CRM & Digital Manager at Rugby Canada
oversees CRM system management, digital marketing initiatives, and E-commerce. They cultivate
relationships with the rugby community, leveraging diverse marketing tools to attract new customers and
fans while providing ongoing support. Collaborating closely with various departments, they enhance
Rugby Canada's visibility and game growth through sales opportunity identification, marketing campaign
management, and data-driven decision-making.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and execute strategic social media plans, encompassing audience development, campaign

execution, asset management, and channel reporting for optimal performance.
- Monitor campaign progress against brand objectives, offering ongoing optimization suggestions

and measuring outcomes using both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Deliver comprehensive campaign insights and summaries to key stakeholders, leveraging data
- driven analyses to fuel continuous enhancement.
- Serve as the go-to expert in social media tactics, collaborating closely with digital media and

technology partners to ensure seamless plan implementation and optimization.
- Expertly manage day-to-day operations across paid social channels, partnering with creative and

PR agencies to drive growth-focused strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to craft tailored digital media strategies, delivering premium,

targeted content that aligns with Rugby Canada's core values and objectives.
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, disseminating insights and best practices across teams to

foster a culture of learning and improvement.
- Drive integration efforts across departments and agency partners, ensuring cohesive execution of

media and communication plans for maximum impact.
**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the evaluation and management of Tradeable Bits CRM system, ensuring seamless

integration with sales CRM systems.
- Develop and implement customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies and

campaigns, utilizing data from integrated software to align database information with ticket
purchasers.
- Track and analyze data from CRM and additional software to optimize marketing strategies and

campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to enhance Rugby Canada's engagement and sales.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience (3-6 years) with CRM systems, preferably within sports, events, or related

industries.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a significant asset.
- Strong knowledge of database management and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create engaging campaigns tailored to different audiences.
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop high level campaign ideas and lead execution.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Campaigner, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word,
- PowerPoint, and Outlook.- Familiarity with Adobe Suite programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective external
- stakeholder management.- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to overcome challenges during marketing
- campaigns.- Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet
- deadlines.- Experience in data collection and analysis, leading to strategic insights for decision-making.
- Knowledge of rugby, both nationally and internationally, is an advantage.
