**Duties**
- Create digitally-engaging marketing copy for fundraising and communications campaigns that drives supporters to a call to action (donation campaigns, mobilization, petitions, and more).
- Tell the story of our movement, our government’s progress, and the work of Liberal teams across the country in a personable and creative way. You must be able to frequently adapt your writing style to the organization’s voice and message.
- Diligently review and test content to meet the Party’s digital communications standards.
- Build audiences and report on campaigns using CRM tools and Google Analytics, and using your findings to make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Assist with drafting various other types of digital content including landing pages, donate pages, SMS campaigns, and blog posts.
- Work with LPC’s graphic design team to create compelling visual experiences.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for engaging millions of Canadians, supporting the Liberal Party of Canada and changing the country for the better.
- A strong working knowledge of current events and Canadian politics.
- A knack for the latest digital technology and tools you’re comfortable learning and using the marketing tools to execute big ideas from start to finish.
- A keen attention to detail that zeroes in on accuracy and tests content to meet digital standards.
- Knowledge or familiarity working with HTML & CSS and the ability to work in both official languages are considered strong assets.
- A collaborative mindset that’s eager to bring new ideas to the table you find inspiration in everything and you know how to execute your plans
- A curiosity and drive that seeks out the latest digital marketing trends and an understanding of what Canadians want to see in their inbox.

**Working Conditions**
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and operational objectives.
- Must excel at building consensus in a multi-stakeholder team environment and managing competing priorities.
- May be required to work unusual hours and periods at an accelerated pace.
- The ability and willingness to work varied hours as needed, under deadline pressure, and to manage multiple complex projects.

À titre de coordonnateur de mobilisation par courriel au sein de l’équipe de Justin Trudeau, vous vous joindrez à l’une des plus importantes équipes de marketing numérique politique au pays, vous raconterez des histoires de partout au Canada, vous partagerez de l’information avec nos sympathisants sur le PLC, vous augmenterez le financement de la base et vous offrirez aux Canadiennes et Canadiens de nouvelles façons intéressantes de se mobiliser en ligne avec le Parti libéral. Vous serez à l’avant-garde de notre travail visant à faire avancer le Canada

Vous transmettrez les idées du parti par le biais de divers types de contenu marketing, y compris des courriels, des textes destinés au Web et des messages SMS. Vous mettrez à l’essai du contenu pour déterminer ce qui fonctionne le mieux, et vous analyserez les résultats pour former des connaissances basées sur des données afin de construire de futures campagnes de mobilisation et de financement.

De la conception au déploiement, vous serez le rédacteur, l’architecte et l’inspecteur des campagnes de messagerie électronique et de SMS du PLC. Vous produirez du contenu de premier plan tout en travaillant à la mobilisation politique numérique et au financement de la base.

**Tâches**
- Créer une copie marketing de mobilisation numérique pour les campagnes de financement et de communication qui incite les sympathisants à un appel à l’action (campagnes de dons, mobilisation, pétitions, etc.).
- Raconter l’histoire de notre mouvement, des progrès de notre gouvernement et du travail des équipes libérales partout au pays de façon personne
