#1 is the position Sandoz Canada will achieve in the Bio-Generic market by 2025.
- As part of the Customer Engagement Hospitals team, the RFP Portfolio Specialist plays an important role in maintaining our leadership position in the hospital market and in our future growth.
- Les responsabilités incluent notamment ce qui suit:
- Supporte le Chef au développement des ventes hospitalières RFP et le Directeur dans la préparation des appels d’offre et la gestion stratégique des soumissions et complète les documents requis.
- Gere les remboursements et assure les requis opérationnels des GPOs tel que MitigAID, rapport d’inventaire, autres exigences spécifiques
- Représentant du groupe hospitalier pour toute demande interne concernant notre portfolio de produit spécifique
- Coordination des différentes requêtes concernant nos produits avec organismes extérieurs (HC, GPO...) et internes (Mkt, QA...)
- Gestion administrative de notre portfolio (master data, DB update, etc...), développe et maintien des projets hospitaliers en vue d'améliorer son portefeuille de produit

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor's degree (Administration, Marketing, Project Management or related) or equivalent experience and 3 to 5 years of experience in RFP, sales operations management and/or pharmaceutical sales analysts.
- Excellent analytical thinking, professional rigour and attention to accuracy and respect of deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and handle many different priorities at the same time
- Interpersonal skills, customer focus and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
