You have experience as a Manager and you’re looking for a new challenge? Here is your chance A company located in the West Island of Montreal is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager who will come to guide its team.

- A base salary up to $65,000/year depending on your experience

- Permanent full-time position of 40 hours with a flexible schedule, minimum 1 evening per week

**Here's what you need to be considered**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager in a restaurant OR in retail
- Be sociable, motivated and have a positive leadership attitude
- Have an excellent knowledge of French and English
- Take customer and employee satisfaction to heart

**Your daily tasks will consist of**:

- Provide excellent customer service by preparing customer orders
- Participate in human resources management (integration, training, performance evaluation, etc.)
- Set an example for the team by adopting a positive and open attitude and by respecting company standards and procedures
- Recruit new employees
- Oversee all food hygiene and sanitization requirements and practices
- Create employee work schedules and distribute tasks
