**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation process
- Create and develop innovative and delicious menu items
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and prep cooks
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu ideas and promotions
- Provide leadership and guidance to the kitchen team

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
