Endpoint Technology Specialist

**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:
- As an Endpoint Technology Specialist at Arc’teryx you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the fleet of computers (Windows and Mac), cellphones, office printers and other endpoint devices that empower users across the company. You will help enforce compliance with internal and global standards and engage with a range of tools and teams to ensure people have up to date, practical, and secure systems in hand to do their best work. This position will work on the Endpoint Fleet team to help keep their processes relevant and informed. You will also assist the Infrastructure team to ensure a tight integration between Endpoints and the foundational systems they connect to.

**If you were the Endpoint Technology Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:
- Maintaining accurate fleet information and configurations
- Coordinating all various aspects of end user device fleet lifecycle, from inventory to deployments, to warranties and repairs, and device donations
- Coordinating with P&C on the device retrieval of departed users
- Working with the global workspace and internal teams to ensure our endpoints and related user accounts comply with company standards of security, manageability, and stability
- Contributing to the evolving device deployment and MDM systems such as Intune and JAMF
- Coordinating the deployment and billing of mobile and PBX phones and maintaining the systems and relationships that connect them
- Assisting in the monitoring, patching, and management of the infrastructure that supports these endpoints, as needed
**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:
- Assisting in the deployment of hardware for remote users to drop-ship zero-touch processes to decrease manpower required, improve turnaround times, and facilitate remote workers
- Working on a strong ITAM strategy and toolset to empower teams with accurate audits, predictable fleet lifecycles, and accountability for devices from onboarding to offboarding
- Collaborating with the deployment team in educating, demonstrating, and fostering consistent and correct use of tools
- Embracing new models of user support and empowering the support team with tools and technologies to support end users effectively
**Are you our next Endpoint Technology Specialist?**:
- You have very strong customer service and communication skills
- You have 2+ years servicing and deploying endpoints at medium to large-scale enterprises
- You have 2+ years of experience with administering device management platforms such as Intune and JAMF
- You have a strong understanding of Group Policy, AD, Azure AD
- You have experience with forecasting and reporting on device usages
- You are effective in going to the root of the right problem
- You have an evolution mindset, understanding trends in how users utilize their devices
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are extremely organized with the ability to manage and organize documentation
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

$69,000 - $86,000 a year
- A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $69,000 - $86,000 CAD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
