**How does the role impact the organization?**

**What will your role be responsible for?**
- Create, implement, and deploy images and software for enterprise workstations using Tanium Provision and PXE.
- Update Tanium Provision OS bundles and modify existing ones as needed.
- Deploy operating system images (currently Win10, soon to be Win11) via Tanium Provision.
- Manage and update Windows 10 and Windows 11 images, including drivers, core apps, and customizations.
- Package and deploy software, planning for future updates to remediate vulnerabilities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution on workstations.
- Work closely with InfoSec engineers to maintain a secure stable infrastructure.
- Participate in internal security audits and enforce information security plans and policies.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases according to SDLC methodologies.
- Generate required reports in response to business user needs.
- Establish and maintain documentation and standards, aligning with ITIL framework.
- Coordinate with project teams to provide technical guidance, assist in developing project plans, and implementations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What do we expect from you?**

**_ To qualify for this opportunity you possess:_**
- Knowledge of system security loopholes and their implications.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working within an IT Systems Administration role.
- System administrator experience, including proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Tanium, MS Exchange, and Citrix.
- Good knowledge of local area network administration, including firewalls, network protocols, and standards.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting technologies and components, including VBScript, WMI,.NET, and XML.
- Familiarity with hardware platforms such as HP and Microsoft.
- Understanding of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Ability to conduct research into hardware and software issues and products as required.
- Capability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.
- Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as SSO, SAML, Azure, Intune, and O365 is a plus.
- Experience with data management.
- Ability to align with the organization's goals and objectives.
