We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Regina Exhibition Association Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote our events and offerings.
- Conduct market research to understand our target audience and develop effective marketing strategies to reach them.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Financial Planning
- Contribute to the development of the department's annual budget and financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze financial statements to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing performance and progress.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of direct marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management-level position.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
