Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote our events and offerings.
- Conduct market research to understand audience needs and preferences.
- Analyze market trends and report findings to key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Financial Planning
- Contribute to the development of the department's annual budget.
- Monitor and analyze financial statements to ensure effective budget management.
- Brand Management
- Develop and implement brand standards to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing plans to promote our brand and events.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of direct marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with management-level experience.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of marketing and communications principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
