**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contact regular and prospective customer to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders
- Make knowledgeable recommendation to customers based on needs and requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and customers
- Increase sales volume month over month to ensure company growth
- Ensure customer enquiries are answered promptly, providing product information, prices, product use and credit information
- Provide estimates, quotes, delivery information or terms to customers
- Maintain an up to date, in depth knowledge of drywall related tools and products
- Remain industry savvy to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitor pricing, and provide accurate reports to management
- Maintain detailed and accurate records such as sales forecasts, budgets, account reports, etc.
- Act as an ambassador of Clare with all customers, employees and suppliers
- Maintain relationship with vendors to ensure customer satisfaction of pricing, information and supplies
- Other duties as assigned by Management

**Qualifications**:

- 2 + years sales experience, proven track record of success
- 2 + years experience in tools, tool sales, drywall tools, drywall or like industry
- Secondary diploma or related experience
- Ability to work in office
- Valid G Class drivers license
- Ability to reliably travel to Clare Toronto Monday through Friday
- Ability to reliably travel throughout the GTA
