**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including marketing content, digital assets, print materials, event materials, and more.
- Support the Operations and Creative Director to plan, manage and report on deliverables and marketing initiative progress across our brands and projects.
- Lead project coordination for our internal projects and client projects.
- Support the management of social media accounts and assist in creating and distributing engaging content for various platforms.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager to support marketing campaign execution and content creation efforts
- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, client contacts and suppliers to execute on marketing initiatives.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, project management or related fields is preferred.
- Project manage multiple marketing projects with overlapping deliverables by coordinating details to achieve deadlines and remain on-budget.
- Strong familiarity with various marketing, content and social media tools and software.
- Experience working with and managing projects via management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack, etcetera to optimize remote working (our team uses ClickUp)
- Proficient with GSuite tools - GMail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Agency experience preferred but not required.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a remote-first marketing and creative team, vendors and clients.
