**Position Overview**

As the Technical Account Manager Team (TAM) Lead you will work closely with the Director of Customer Success (DCS) to help support the success of the TAM team. The focus of this role is making connections with people, motivating, and inspiring them to achieve results. The TAM team is a critical component of our proactive program, and you will be responsible for training and coaching the TAMs to develop the necessary skills to be effective team members. The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. You will support, organize, and evaluate the TAM team on a weekly basis and provide needed insight to the DCS as requested. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide management and instruction and how to deal with daily issues to increase productivity
- Create department consistency by coaching and mentoring around core team process
- Monitor the proactive board to improve the overall performance of key deliverables
- Complete Technical Account Manager responsibilities as required
- Performing Yardstick TAM duties and technology leadership within our MSP
- Provide direction and assistance to TAM’s in identifying issues when producing EHR review documentation
- Scope and quote Time and Material Customer Opportunities
- Perform Reactive Support services
- Participation and support in the IT Steering Committee
- Conduct customer focused audits as needed

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience with IT deployment and IT Strategy
- 5+ years of experience of Network Administration
- 2+ years of experience of Server Administration
- Experience training and mentoring technical teams.
- Valid class 5 operator’s license
- Well-developed interpersonal skills both verbally and written.
- Results oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about results and a sense of accountability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
