- Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
- Oversee payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing, including tax withholding and benefit deductions.
- Collaborate with tax professionals to gather necessary documentation and information for tax filings.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing financial updates as needed.

- **Accounting**: Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping practices.
- **Self-Starter**: Identified by others to have the ability to work independently, proactively identifying and addressing tasks without constant supervision.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in using accounting software and comfortable adapting to new technologies.

This freelance position carries the potential of becoming a full-time position. Every day is an interview.

Company events will vary throughout the season.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $33,280.00-$49,920.00 per year
